I’ve been playing with bold lines lately. I don’t consider either of these paintings complete, but I enjoy the direction they are taking me.

SCAD Bees

In 2005 I graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design. It’s not something I think about often, but what I learned from art school was priceless. Here’s a watercolor painting of a bee I made while remembering the ol’ alma mater. Go Bees!

Paint the Town!

It was my privilege to participate in the Farnsworth Gallery’s second annual Paint the Town plein air event. Bordentown is a gorgeous, historic city. As you may remember, I also participated last year.

Baby Truth

Having a baby has not stopped me from painting. However, it has stopped me from updating my blog. I have a pile of paintings to post. Expect them soon.
