Drink Up!

As many of you know, I am an active member of Reddit. Every few months I participate in the Reddit Gift Exchanges. I’ve made it a habit to paint original watercolors for my random match ups. My most recent giftee is an avid home brewer and fan of craft beer. So I painted him this.

Cheers!

May Your Days be Merry and Bright

Twice a month at the Hammonton Arts Center, the Painter’s Atelier meets. The Painter’s Atelier is a group of painters interested in learning from one another. Each meeting has a theme. Today’s theme was “snow.”  Below is my wintry, watercolor still life including a snow globe. It is fascinating to see the variety of work 5 different artists can create using a single word.

Back to the Drawing Room

The Noyes Museum’s art creation club, The Drawing Room, now meets on Tuesday nights instead of Wednesdays. I am still focusing on combining pen and watercolor in an elegantly balanced fashion. Each week I get closer to my goal.

The Drawing Room

The Drawing Room is a drawing club that meets at the Noyes Museum on Wednesday nights. There have only been two sessions to date, both focusing on still life and basic drawing refresher exercises. I love where our little group of artists is going and am looking forward to posting more drawings from our meetings.
